-Shipped via Australia Registered International Post
-it's a flat rate of $30 Australian dollars.
-Will generally take between 1-3 weeks for arrival

Liability of Returned Goods
Please use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for lost goods in the post for returns.
If goods are delayed by the courier or postal service an investigation will be launched.
The outcome will determine if a refund will be issued if the goods are lost in the postal process.
If the goods are located through the investigation process and delivery can still take place and then goods are no longer needed this is considered a change of mind and you will be issued a store credit upon return of your item as this is not the fault if Sadie Lou Boutique for the delay.
Click and Collect Option for Online Orders:
-Pick up in store is FREE
- you will be notified via email once ready for collection.
-Orders are ready for pick up within 24hours after orders are placed online and you shall receive an email notification when it is ready.
-Orders will be held for a maximum of two weeks only.
-There is a strict 10 day exchange policy from the date the order was placed so please be prompt to collect and try on your goods
